- Perform research on different builders, neighborhoods, floorplans, and areas, as well as provide recommendations based on your criteria.
- Provide you with an organized list of homes that are potential matches for you and separate by builder and/or area.
- Liaise with Sales Agents for builders to determine what their current incentive(s) are and to see if there is any room for possible further negotiation, in order to get you the best deal possible.
- Take photos and videos of your home under construction.
- Escalate any concerns you have during the build process with the Construction Manager and/or Sales Agent.
- Coordinate a complimentary whole home inspection for you, to be coordinated with your walkthrough/new home orientation just before closing.
- Attend the new home orientation walkthrough with you and assist in identifying cosmetic defects for the builder's punch list.
If you are building from out of town or out of state - NO PROBLEM! We will be here in your absence to attend any mandatory inspections for you. We even take photos and record videos of your new home as it's being built, to keep you as involved in this exciting process as we can. We'll do all we can to make you feel like you're right there with us. We are your eyes and ears on the ground.
