We contacted him and let him know we would be in town to house hunt and he cleared his schedule to meet with us and accompany us to several different subdivisions. We actually walked into a new development with David towards the end of our first day of house hunting and the sales manager answered “yes” to our three “must” questions-“Do you have any available lots?”, “Can you build a pool while building the home?”, and “Is your build time less than a year?”. We went under contract that same day. Building a home while living away in the Midwest was a challenge, but David stayed in communication with us and was just a text or email away with a quick answer to all of our questions. Thirteen months later (yes, it went over the 8-10 months the development initially quoted us), we are living in our beautiful new Florida home and couldn’t be happier! David is everything you want in a real estate agent-knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and honest. He attended our final contract meeting over FaceTime, coordinated the services of an inspector pre-closing, and attended our final walkthrough to see our home vision brought to life. It’s been several months since our closing and David continues to be in touch with us, checking in periodically to see if there’s anything we need. We are so appreciative we connected with David and can’t recommend him enough if you’re buying or selling a home. 10/10 recommend!
