Our experience working with David to purchase our new home in Lakewood Ranch exceeded all of our expectations! We began our home search in December 2020 while still living in northern New Jersey. We interviewed several real estate agents via zoom, and immediately we knew David was the right agent for us. He was easy to speak with and he really listens to what you are looking for in a home and community. Before speaking with David, we did our own research online and came up with several communities which we were interested in seeing. We did not share our list with David, but after he spoke with us he came up with his own list- which was practically identical to ours. We visited the area in February 2021 and David spent two days with us visiting several communities in the Tampa and Sarasota areas. The last community he took us to see was the one he believed that we would like the best. Based upon what David learned about us and what we were looking for, the last community he took us to see was Cresswind Lakewood Ranch so that we could compare it to all of the other communities we had seen. Although it took 2 years for the house to be built, that had nothing to do with David. In fact, David stayed in touch with us throughout the entire build process. When we didn’t live in the area, he would give us updates on the progress of the build and when we were in the area having difficulty getting updates from our builder he would follow up on our behalf. He was present at our pre-closing walk thrus and continues to stay in touch with us after closing to make sure all of our pre-closing items are completed.
