We wanted to move to Florida from Massachusetts, and found David online. We watched a lot of videos on moving to Florida, and we liked what David had to say. He was honest and strait-forward, so we signed up on his website, and he called us right away! Let me tell you, he was on top of everything. We asked him a lot of questions about how things worked here, the different areas we were interested in, what we were looking for, etc.
He was always available to help and guide us. We drove down a couple of times, and in April 2021 we met David and he had exactly the right spot for us to build our new home! It was just completed in February 2022, and we could not be happier! In fact, we have referred David to our friends who are moving to Florida as well! He’s just a great guy who is exceptional at his job, and is now a good friend as well. We highly, highly recommend the Burgess Team!!!
