David and his team are great. He was very helpful during the build process especially since we were not living in state. David even sent us pictures and videos of the build progress along the way. His experience in seeing some common issues toward the end of the build process was invaluable. Lastly, the free third party home inspector his company provided really saved the day on a couple of things. The inspector even checked the roof and the crawl space for issues.
