We didn’t think it would be possible to get our 1st home, our dream home, in a community we really are excited about….David made it happen for us!! David kept us updated throughout the entire process, checking in, taking pictures, videos, and keeping in contact with the builder. Before we closed, he brought in an independent inspector to walk through the house and point out potential issues which turned out to be extremely helpful. Once we closed David still followed up to make sure we were settled and there weren’t any issues. The home buying process is stressful enough so you need a realtor who is responsive, knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you David!
