We started our journey in late 2022 with the intention of relocating to the Sarasota area. While researching the area online I came across a series of videos produced by David who was very informative about the communities and builders in the area. I decided then that David was the realtor for us. After evaluating several communities with him we settled on a home in Lakewood Ranch. David guided us through the purchase process all the way through to our closing, and beyond. He made the transition to our new home in Florida much easier. Thanks David for all your help!!
