We started our house hunting on the central west coast of Florida roughly 2 years ago, David and his team came highly recommended from close friends who worked with David's team to purchase their home a year prior. David and Ingrid went through the ringer with us, they were extremely patient and completely engaged in finding our home, it felt like doing business with long time friends, and let me reiterate, we were not easy clients. We started looking in Apollo Beach, then all around the ICW and ended up in Sarasota about 2 years later. Additionally, at closing some goofy stuff happened with the wire transfer at the last minute that could've held up closing and they jumped right in to help with late night phone calls and emails to get us to the finish line on our closing, on time! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with them, great people, they know their stuff and they were on the ride with us no matter what, most relators would've cut bait a long time ago.
