I had such a positive experience working with David as my realtor. He was kind, patient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable of the overall area and new construction builders. When I was first thinking of moving to FL towards the end of last year (after having lived in NJ my entire life - 35+ years), he took the time to detail all the areas he felt would be best suited for me. When we finally met in person, he took the time to meet me according to my schedule and took me to all the homes he thought I'd like best within my budget... the day(s) got progressively better as one home was nicer than the last. Making a move such as this one was so scary, stressful and nerve racking for me and he made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be there every step of the way, and he truly was. Once I found my forever Villa, he would send check-in texts and emails to make sure everything was moving along smoothly and when our final walk through came about, he was there with me to make sure everything was how it should be and he helped put together the list of items the construction team had to fix or finish.
David, thank you for everything... especially for making an incredibly stressful time as easy and worry-free as possible. I appreciate your time, patience and honesty throughout this entire process. Moving from NJ to FL took a bit of adjusting but I couldn't be happier and I absolutely LOVE my villa. You helped and guided me through one of the best (though hardest) decisions of my life.
