I decided to move down to northwest Florida from Boston. I had limited knowledge of the area and I was not sure exactly which area would be ideal for me. I came down from Boston and met with David. He spent a good amount of time talking to me about the different possible locations that might work for me and narrowed things down for me considerably. We then went to look at the community where I now live. It was in the perfect location with lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches nearby. He has been very helpful throughout the whole home buying process and I am very glad I had him as my realtor!
